Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange any item under the following conditions.

We offer a 30 day money back return or exchange policy on unopened, unused items. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns or exchanges.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed at USPS Priorty Mail rates.

Items warranted against defects in workmanship and/or materials will be handled by the manufacturer. We will assist you with providing contact information for the manufacturer.

We will process your return as quickly as possible. The returns department requests that you allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of a refund. The refund often takes time to process and transfer through the banking systems. These issues are beyond our control.
