Went out after work(wed.). Weather has been good last two days here, so I was ready...but apparently the fish didn't realize I was coming Water was up above and below Wanapum Dam to the top of normal variations. That usually pushes the fish way up the backbays?...into my loving arms Maybe the river hadn't been up long enough yet for the fish to move in?? Or the weather not good enough long enough? Always more questions than answers for me. Plenty of Carp around and they looked like the were over spawning for the most part. I didn't bust out the flyrod for them this time. I caught more last Sunday in marginal weather and low water....:/

Figure I'll give 'em off till friday...it will be offically summer this weekend sometime......I hope the bass have a calender!
