well left the house at 5am and was back home by 5:30 with a loose wheel bearing, a quick trip in the car up to the local 24 hour automobile store proved to provide bearings but no seals....... so waited till 8am for the other part stores to open and got the parts and arrived at the fishery about 9:30am.
the busy time was over and the river was crowded with boats, fired up the boat and it did not want to take off, finally at least got it moving and motored across the river and anchored up, cleaned the plugs and it ran fine after that but to be honest we never moved,
sand shrimp seem to be the bait of choice as we sat in a 65 foot hole and caught fish after fish with the final number at 3:15pm (had to get home for the ducks game) being about 25 shakers and 1 keeper.
saw lots of fish being caught and see 4 other keepers
