Sorry, I couldn't resist. I just finished smoking 20 pounds of salmon.
Oh my, yummy, yummy, yummy. Dang this stuff is good.

1 cup white sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup salt

2 tbsp garlic powder

2 tbsp onion powder

2 tbsp pepper

Refrigerate for 2 days, then smoke.

This is a friends recipe (Rockfish) and it is fantastic. If you need better details, just ask.

I have to say that my prefered way to have Salmon prepared is smoked till it is almost dry...
